Dental Assistant — Experience Not Required | Willing to Train

Warrenton Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our friendly, highly rated private practice. Previous dental experience is welcome but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do and Learn:

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable
• Prepare treatment rooms and review patient information
• Learn chairside assisting for fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and other procedures
• Develop skills in impressions, temporary crowns, sterilization, and infection control
• Help communicate treatment plans and schedule recommended care
• Cross-train in front-desk responsibilities

Experience and Compensation

No dental experience is required.

X-ray and CPR certifications are a plus. Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications are encouraged to apply if they are willing to obtain any certifications required for the position.

Starting pay is $17 per hour for candidates without dental experience. Higher starting pay may be available based on dental experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills.
