We're looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their real estate business with experienced agents, practical training, and established systems behind them.
You'll learn how to create new business, connect with potential buyers and sellers, build a pipeline, follow up with prospects, conduct property showings, and move clients from the first conversation through closing.
You'll also have access to ongoing coaching from agents who are actively producing in today's market. The goal is to help you develop strong sales habits, improve your client communication, and create the consistency needed to grow your career over time.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, communicates well, and is ready to take consistent action toward building a real estate career.
Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+ High commission split. • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to enhance your communication skills and sales strategies.
• Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Qualifications • Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and following through on tasks.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals together.
