Assist in getting the build going for the team and hand over. Work on a 3‑4 month contract. Implement and manage call center operations and campaign CRM. Ensure deployment in the healthcare domain. Must be in EST or CST time zones. Qualifications Strong Epic Cheers CRM and Campaign CRM experience. Healthcare industry experience. Call center management experience. Implementation and management skills. Availability in EST or CST (not MST or PST).
