Interior Designer - Technical Design - AutoCAD & Revit | Denver, CO

Working Style: In-office with a work-from-home day weekly and flexible Friday hours

This opportunity is ideal for a technically driven Interior Designer who thrives at the intersection of interior design, construction documentation, and design technology. The role suits an experienced professional who can independently produce complete, high-quality construction document sets while serving as a trusted technical resource to the broader design team.

The technically driven Interior Designer will lead the development and coordination of interior drawing packages in AutoCAD and Revit, from initial project setup through final construction documentation. They will establish and maintain project files, templates, standards, and workflows; translate design intent into accurate, coordinated documentation; and use BIM 360 to support organized, efficient collaboration across project teams. This individual will be comfortable managing multiple active projects, resolving documentation issues, incorporating redlines, and ensuring each deliverable meets a high standard of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Beyond production, this interior design professional will support the team’s technical growth by providing day-to-day guidance on AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows, and documentation best practices. They will bring a service-minded, collaborative approach to troubleshooting and mentoring, while maintaining the initiative to stay current on Autodesk tools and evolving design technologies. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a genuine passion for improving the technical quality of interior design deliverables will be central to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficient Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360 in an architectural or interiors field – 3+ years of experience
• Must be capable of completing a 100% CD drawing set in both AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and help problem-solve
• Good interpersonal skills and effective working in a team environment
• Self-starter with drive to pursue continued education on all Autodesk products and related technologies
• Passion for design technologies
• Exceptional work ethic with the highest standard of conduct from self and others
• Service-oriented and highly approachable with commitment to helping others
• Extremely detail-oriented
